• Basic usage events (searches started, reports viewed, checkouts started).
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and rate limiting.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your card number. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor.

How we use your data

• To run your VIN search and build your report.
• To email your permanent report access link and purchase receipt.
• To prevent abuse and to improve report quality.
• To send occasional buying tips only if you explicitly opt in.

Sharing

We share VINs with the data providers required to run your search, and billing details with our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Reports and access links are retained so your purchased link keeps working. You can ask us to delete your email address and purchase history at any time.

Your choices

Email support@autovinscope.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from marketing email. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.
